HE Constãncio da Conceição Pinto is Timor-Leste’s Minister for Commerce, Industry and the Environment. Minister Pinto is the former Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to the United States of America, having previously served as Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Director General for External Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds a Masters in International Relations from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from Brown University.
