HE Yin Kimsean

Secretary of State, Ministry of Environment, Cambodia

HE Yin Kimsean has been Secretary of State for Cambodia’s Ministry of Environment since 2003. Prior to this, he served as an advisor to Prime Minister Hun Sen on environment, agriculture, fisheries and forestry from 1997-2003, and as a General Director in the Ministry of Environment from 1993-1995. Yin Kimsean has served as Chairman of the Program Support Board for the Cambodia Climate Change Alliance, a unified national engagement point and financial facility for development partners to coordinate climate change capacity building in Cambodia.
