BOGOR, Sept 9 Asia Pulse – Indonesian President Megawati Soekarnoputri extended her apology to all participants of the 24th ASEAN Inter Parliamentary Organization (AIPO) conference for not being able to attend the opening of the event in Jakarta on Monday.
