Dr. Andrea M. Bassi is the founder and CEO of KnowlEdge Srl and an Extraordinary Professor at Stellenbosch University. Dr. Bassi has over 10 years of experience in supporting the formulation and evaluation of green economy strategies and scenarios, including climate mitigation and adaptation objectives, and sustainable development goals. Dr. Bassi has worked with more than 30 governments and several international organizations. In Asia, he has contributed to planning exercises in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, supporting governments and international organizations such as UNDP and UNEP, WWF, GGGI and the ADB. Dr. Bassi holds a PhD and M.Phil in System Dynamics and a MSc in Business and Economics.
