Senior Associate, Climate Policy Initiative
Skye Glenday currently serves as a Senior Associate at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI), a team of analysts and advisers who work to improve the most important energy and land use policies in the world, with offices and programs in Brazil, China, Europe, India, and Indonesia, and the United States. Prior to joining CPI, Skye worked within the Australian Government on a range of climate change and sustainable development policies and programs. She joined the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency in 2008, where she worked on domestic and international climate change policies and strategies, including negotiations on reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD+) and the development of Australia’s emissions trading scheme. Between 2011 to 2013, Skye was posted to the Australian Embassy in Jakarta as AusAID’s Climate Change Advisor.
