Forest tenure reform in Uganda: Building capacity (Part 5/5)

A multi-stakeholder colloquium was held on 22 November 2017 in Kampala, Uganda, to discuss results so far in a study of land and tenure reform in the country. The research forms part of a Global Comparative Study on Forest Tenure Reform, with simultaneous work ongoing in Uganda, Indonesia and Peru. In this video, speakers discuss the need for stronger capacity at all levels in Uganda, from government authorities to the community, to implement reformed laws on tenure.
