Forest tenure reform in Uganda: Simplifying registration (Part 2/5)

A multi-stakeholder colloquium was held on 22 November 2017 in Kampala, Uganda, to discuss results so far in a study of land and tenure reform in the country. The research forms part of a Global Comparative Study on Forest Tenure Reform, with simultaneous work ongoing in Uganda, Indonesia and Peru. In this video, speakers discuss how to simplify the registration process for collective or individual tenure claims in Uganda, to ensure the achievement of rights guaranteed by law.
