With climate deals signed, the world is now gearing up for action. The 22nd Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP22) aims to take global action forward on achieving the priorities of the Paris Agreement, which comes into effect just days before the event to be held from 7-18 November 2016 in Marrakesh, Morocco.
Forests and landscapes are set to play a key role in the new global climate and development agenda. The Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) brings the latest scientific research, insights and experiences to discussions held alongside the negotiations.
