Tambi tea plantation located in Dieng plateau, Indonesia. 50% of its shares are owned by local government, and 50% owned by private. Almost all activities of picking tea leaves at this plantation is done by women. They leave their home and familly in early morning to earn some money by picking the tea leaves.
