CIFOR implements the project in collaboration with The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) Australia, University of Riau (UNRI) and local communities in the site. The PAR team will include researchers local government, local communities from fire concerned community (MPA), farmer organizations, village leaders and land owners. The team works and learns together to trigger social transformation and behavioral change.
Time schedule
The proposed project will be executed in 15 months, expected from August 2018 to November 2019. The budget is provided Temasek Foundation and managed by Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE), with co-funding from CIFOR and partners.
