Li Jia
Forest Landscape Restoration Officer, Asia, IUCN
Ms Li Jia is IUCN’s Asia regional FLR coordinator, responsible for promoting the Bonn Challenge and developing an regional FLR programme for IUCN Asia. Over the past eight years, she has worked on forest and conservation projects in various capacities in research and conservation organizations. Her work is focused on supporting landscape management through integrated planning and application of conservation research. She has worked on important issues such as watershed management, sustainable forest management, and wetland and migratory bird flyway conservation.
Ms Li holds an MPhil in Conservation Leadership from the University of Cambridge, and a Masters degree in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
