Carrying out government policy regarding community forestry involves many actors, most importantly the local communities that live inside and around forests. This session will include the implementation aspect in social forestry, community-based wood production and inclusive business; promotion of sound land-use planning and clarifying tenure and use rights; and economic opportunities from community forest management.
The session will have 3 parts:
