Aida Greenbury has more than 20 years of experience in sustainability and forestry management. She chairs the Private Sector Roundtable of the Asia Pacific Rainforest Partnership, which was established by then-Minister of Environment for Australia at the COP21 in Paris in 2015 to spearhead public-private cooperation to protect rainforests in the Asia-Pacific region. After more than 13 years as MD of Sustainability at one of the largest forestry, pulp & paper companies worldwide, her current roles now include as an adviser at High Carbon Stock Approach, GIZ and board member of Mongabay. She is a regular commentator in international media and at events, addressing issues such as deforestation, landscape management, climate finance and inclusivity.
