Gwen Sissiou is an Acting Director of REDD+ and Low Carbon Growth at Office of Climate Change and Development, Papua New Guinea. Previously, she was a director of MRV and National Communication at the Office of Climate Change and Development, Papua New Guinea. In 2008, she started her career as Deputy Secretary of Policy Coordination and Evaluation at the Papua New Guinea Department of Environment and Conservation. Sissou obtained her Bachelors degree from the University of Papua New Guinea and obtained her Masters degree from the PNG University of Technology. Her professional area of expertise is climate change and sustainable development.
